A superb and increasingly hard to find pair of Charmouth ammonite earrings, set with genuine fossils from one of the UK’s most famous fossil locations.

These earrings feature real Promicroceras ammonites, collected from the beach at Charmouth on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset — a world-renowned fossil hunting site.

They are lovely small ammonites with excellent definition, often showing a subtle pyrite shimmer, which gives them extra character and visual appeal.

Each ammonite measures approximately 10 mm across and is set in solid sterling silver stud settings, creating a clean, simple and highly wearable design.

This is a piece I only offer occasionally, as suitable matching ammonites are difficult to source in pairs, making these genuinely rare and limited.

PLEASE NOTE
Unlike ammonite slice jewellery, where two slices come from the same fossil and match perfectly, these earrings are made from two separate ammonites.
Because of this, they will not be a perfect match — and cannot be.
This is part of their authenticity and natural charm.

A rare and highly collectable piece of genuine British fossil jewellery.
