Description

This pendant is made with a coloured resin setting containing small fragments of the Campo Del Cielo Meteorite
This is a famous and LARGE iron meteorite fall in Argentina
It was found in 1516 but is believed to have fallen thousands of years earlier
Many tons of iron meteorite fragments have been found over a wide area.
( the name of the meteorite 'Campo Del Cielo' literally means field of Heaven and refers to the iron fragments falling from heaven and landing in the fields)

This has a small green/orange Unakite bead above the pendant

The pendant measures 5cm in total including the bail and is strung from an 18 inch sterling silver chain

The jewellery presentation has been greatly improved and as well as being presented in a labelled, velvet lined box it will sent in an embossed presentation box
