Because the cast was made directly from the original fossil, every scale and texture has been preserved in remarkable detail, allowing you to experience the feel of one of the last dinosaurs to roam our planet.
The original fossil skin came from an Edmontosaurus, a duck-billed dinosaur discovered in the legendary Hell Creek Formation of North Dakota, USA. This famous fossil locality has produced some of the world's most important dinosaur discoveries, including Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops and Edmontosaurus.
