A striking etched iron meteorite pendant, made using a genuine fragment of iron meteorite and supplied on a sterling silver chain.
This piece has been carefully cut and acid etched to reveal the internal crystalline structure of the meteorite, known as the Widmanstätten pattern — a distinctive natural pattern formed over millions of years as the metal slowly cooled in space.
The meteorite used in this pendant is from the Aletai meteorite, one of the largest known iron meteorites, discovered in China. Each piece displays its own unique pattern and structure, making every pendant completely individual.
The pendant is supplied on an 18 inch sterling silver curb chain, creating a distinctive and eye-catching piece of jewellery with a genuine connection to space.
