A gorgeous and highly unusual pair of Moon dust earrings, made using genuine lunar meteorite dust.
This remarkable material was once part of the surface of the Moon, making these earrings a truly unique and fascinating piece of jewellery. The dust has been collected during the cutting of the lunar meteorite Touat 005, discovered in Algeria in 2020.
Each sample has been carefully captured and permanently sealed within a glass vial, allowing it to be safely worn while remaining clearly visible.
The vial is finished with silver plated fittings and suspended from solid sterling silver ear wires, creating a distinctive and eye-catching piece with a genuine connection to space.
The glass vial measures approximately 2.5 cm top to bottom, with a width of around 1 cm at its widest point.
